“The forks of 4th”
After the forks were here, decorated with spaghetti and meat balls they
became a talking point, you would see people snapping pictures on and of the
forks; a mini attraction. They seemed to fit. There was even an
occasional bicycle; the art part was so good nobody knew it was a
bicycle rack!
Then, they are vandalized, removed, discussed in committee, and placed
somewhere else.
All that is OK. I didn’t ask for them, I learned to like them and now
miss them since they are gone. Nothing lasts forever, enjoy it while
you can.
